WHOLESALE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 Wholesale vs Retail Prices-

All prices shown on the website are retail prices. If you are interested in purchasing products for your shop or gallery, please contact me directly at bagsofafeather@gmail for a coupon code to use upon checkout that will automatically deduct 50% off the retail price. I also offer free shipping on all orders.

 Minimum Orders/Reorders-

Unlike other wholesale platforms, I do not require minimum initial orders or re-order quantities. Want to try out a few things? No problem! I also like to throw in some extra goodies for larger orders.

 Payments-

Payment accepted with credit card or PayPal. Credit card payments are processed through ProPayCommerce, a secure third-party processing service. The website is protected with SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption for all payment processing.

 If you prefer that I call  you for your credit card information, please indicate that during checkout in the comment section.

Net30 credit terms are available for pre-approved customers.

Shipping-

Shipping will be made via the United States Postal Service and either Priority or First Class Mail.  I will ship within 1-2 days after I have been notified of receipt of payment by credit card or PayPal. 

Items will be packaged carefully in new packaging materials.  Most small bags are shipped in padded mailing envelopes, and for some bigger bags, I use clean, recycled boxes whenever possible.

 Returns-

 Please contact me at bagsofafeather@gmail.com within 30 days if you wish to return something, and I will work with you to replace the item or issue a refund. Refunds will be issued only if the item is returned in its original, sellable condition.

 Privacy Policy-

Your privacy is very important. We will never share your email or personal information with any other parties.

 Handmade Design-

Due to the nature of handcrafted sewn goods, please keep in mind that fabric designs and pattern placement may vary. Some fabrics may have a limited availability, and we will substitute a similar design unless you specify otherwise.
